When guilty pleasures like Netflix and some takeout seem like a great way to unwind, you need to take a step back and ask yourself if any of those things help you feel better? Instead of a fast food option, try picking a nutritious meal. Not only does a healthy meal rejuvenate you, but a nutritious diet helps combat fatigue in the long run. Hydrate your body with water instead of yet another coffee or energy drink.
And most importantly, stretch those muscles! While the last thing on your mind after a taxing day is hitting the gym, research shows that a short workout can actually leave you feeling more energized.
4. Set Boundaries
